Fraudulent sales of battery products are rampant on major e-commerce sites.
At Enelife Battery, we aim to inform consumers of the reality of this situation, and have published the results of an investigation in which we actually purchased products from e-commerce sites, disassembled them, and checked the
contents.

Dyson V6 compatible battery
We actually purchased the top eight products ranked in the sales rankings on an e-commerce site and disassembled them.
〇 All eight products were fraudulent sales that inflated the battery capacity by 1.4 to 1.75 times.
〇 Four of the products also had the battery manufacturer name falsely indicated.
〇 In addition, two products did not list the name of the importer, violating the labeling requirements of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act.

Dyson V7 compatible battery
We actually purchased the top seven products on an e-commerce site and disassembled them.
〇 All 7 products were fraudulent sales that inflated the battery capacity by 1.2 to 1.75 times
〇 3 products also had the battery manufacturer name falsely indicated
〇 3 products did not list the importer’s name, violating the labeling requirements of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act

Dyson V8 compatible battery
We actually purchased the top seven products on an e-commerce site and disassembled them.
〇 6 out of 7 products were fraudulently sold by inflating the battery capacity by 1.3 to 1.5 times
〇 3 products also had the battery manufacturer name falsely indicated
〇 3 products did not list the name of the importer, violating the labeling requirements of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act

Dyson V10 compatible battery
We actually purchased the top six products on an e-commerce site and disassembled them.
〇 All six products were fraudulent sales that inflated the battery capacity by 1.15 to 1.6 times.
〇 Three products used Class B batteries that had failed the battery manufacturer’s inspection.
〇 Three products did not list the name of the importer, violating the labeling requirements of the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act.
